SWISS LAW

For those who know Me Ferland well, it should be easy to understand his strong attraction to Swiss Law. This is all the evident for those who are familiar with the efficiency, stability and elegance of most Swiss institutions. In fact, Switzerland itself has always played an important role Me Ferland’s life, which explains why he spent several years in the Cantons of Basel and Vaud. It is indeed in Lausanne that he obtained his "License" in Swiss Law, in the shortest allotted time to do so. He also took this opportunity to work on his German, which is most useful in the International Law aspect of his current practice. This aspect is however not limited to Swiss Law, as he has worked with clients concerned with the Laws of Germany, Belgium or France, among others, not to mention of course American or Canadian Law (outside Quebec), as well as the Bahamas.
